Travel Exchange is available through Lifestyle by Wyndham - https://www.lifestylebywyndham.com and can be accessed by following the steps below;
SIGN UP
  1. Visit - https://www.lifestylebywyndham.com
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Select "Club Wyndham South Pacific owner" as your account type
  4. Enter your owner number in "Member ID" field
  5. Click Sign Up

LOG IN
  1. Visit - https://www.lifestylebywyndham.com
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your Club Wyndham South Pacific login details
  4. Click ‘My Benefits’ under ‘Member benefits’ from the top menu, then select ‘Travel Exchange’, OR
  5. Search “Travel Exchange” within the top search bar
Click "I forgot my password" from the Sign In page and enter your email address within the "Username" field to reset your password.
You can use your Lifestyle Qualified Credits on a selection of Fly-Cruise, Holiday Packages, Tour Packages offered through the Travel Exchange program and made available through Lifestyle by Wyndham. There are regular updates made to the selection which will be advertised on the Lifestyle by Wyndham website.
Yes. Lifestyle Gold, Platinum and 100 Club members can use available Lifestyle Qualified Credits for the current year and any Lifestyle Qualified Credits accrued from the preceding year. This excludes Lifestyle Qualified Credits borrowed from the subsequent year. Credits used for this benefit must be valid for a period no less than 6 months (180 days) from the date of booking. You cannot use any Lifestyle Qualified Credits transferred from any other member.

Lifestyle Gold, Platinum and 100 Club may use the following Travel Exchange credit entitlements per anniversary year;
  • Lifestyle Gold: up to 60,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
  • Lifestyle Platinum: up to 90,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
  • 100 Club: up to 150,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
Cancellation of any Travel Exchange package will be subject to the OVC cancellation policy as well as the provider’s cancellation terms and conditions which will be contained in each Travel Exchange package and/or on the individual provider’s website. The location of these terms will be provided at the time of booking. Cancelled bookings may result in the loss of up to 100% of the Lifestyle Qualified Credits and/or Housekeeping Tokens/fees paid. However where a cancellation is made within the cancellation policy terms and conditions, there will be no refund of Lifestyle Qualified Credits exchanged, however the Lifestyle Qualified Credits will be banked with OVC for up to 2 years from the date of the original booking which may be used as payment towards another Travel Exchange package. Where payment for a package has been made using a mix of cash and Lifestyle Qualified Credits, the cash portion shall be used to cover any cancellation fees first, with any remaining cancellation fees covered by Lifestyle Qualified Credits. The remaining cash portion will then be refunded back to the Lifestyle member.
Yes. If you don’t have enough Lifestyle Qualified Credits for the booking, you may top up the booking using cash. The current rate of conversion for the Travel Exchange benefit is AU $0.04 per credit.
Yes. A Housekeeping token per 10,000 credits used is payable upon booking. Borrowed housekeeping tokens cannot be accepted. $131 fee per 10,000 credits used is payable if no housekeeping tokens are available.
No. Your Lifestyle Qualified Credits are only available to use on the products advertised as Travel Exchange through the Lifestyle by Wyndham website.
